As far as the teacher doing something about it I am not so sure she will, she seemed a little unconcerned. She has asked me to let her know if it happens again. The little one and I have sat down and talked about it and he knows it's not okay, apparently he told her to stop it and ran away and hid in the loos to get away from her and he knows if it happens again to tell mummy. I know how vigilent you are with your guy- but by following up you may save some child's sanity who conceivably might be being abused and is acting it out by saying inappropriate things to your guy. Not all kids are as fortunate as ours to have parents who care and are aware whe things are out of sync!
