Every year at Xmas we get together as a family, not all of us, just those that can make it. My mother never fails to fill our tummies with her mouth watering cheesecake.

Ima gonna share because it is freekin moorish and really easy to make. I made one today …

Pineapple Cheesecake
(Normally if you are feeding lots of people make a double mixture)

2 cups plain biscuit crumbs
110 grams melted butter

Mix together and pop into a spring form tin or a tray whatever tickles your fancy

1tbsp gelatine 1/4 cup hot water
1 tsp vanilla 1 425gram tin crushed pineapple
(drain juice and fill 1/4 cup)
1 1/4 cups whipped cream unsweetened
375 grams cream cheese
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup hot water (whisk).
Beat cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar, dissolved gelatine, vanilla, lemon juice + pineapple juice. Mix well.

Fold cream and pineapple into cream cheese mixture.

Pour onto crust and set in the fridge. Takes about an hour to set.

Much easier if you have a food processor to make this.

Hold on to your pants! This is a long post today, well rather a long list.

I’m quite surprised and kinda freaked out by having a mention on this list as I don’t classify myself as a sex blogger. I haven’t had freekin sex in over a year … yup, that’s correct. A sex blogger that doesn’t have sex. Actually Molten and I were giggling because I seriously have forgotten when I did last LOL. There are alot of reasons as to why and I’m quite happy to say that I don’t find it a major issue.

I love writing about sex, I love writing about other things too. I suppose sex with myself and my toys and my kinky escapades could be termed as sex as it’s really an individual definition but when it comes to being plonked on a Sex Bloggers List I just well, I am in awe of the many writers out there who chronicle their sexual escapades whereas little ol me has none lol. Except pleasuring myself.

Hah. That I can do and do it well.

Don’t get me wrong, I love sex. But it’s more important for me to have quality and long term, over quantity and random interludes.Days of the casual fuck are well and truely over it’s just not my thing, it’s hollow and unwanted in my life. And well things are hurtling along career wise and work wise and xmas is coming and I just don’t have the energy right now to be throwing myself into any form of relationship. Life is full up with fun and laughter and things that make me smile. If I happen to trip over Mists Charming Pants in my travels I’ll be sure to let you know.
