Yep I’m about just a little preoccupied this week with the upcoming move, work and other things so there may well be very little writing from me over the next week. I do however have a very uber cool idea for HNT this week so am going to try and squeeze a photography session somewhere in the next 72 hours. Hopefully I get the time to do it.

I have another project I am working on inbetween stuff. A little while back I made a shirt at Velvet’s request which was made especially for the fluffy clan. It was such a hoot and in demand that it got me thinking, hey if people loved this shirt then surely I can come up with some more funky designs for the kink community?

I used to be a screenprinter and for a good three years did mainly t-shirt design and print. I loved it so much that it has always been a wish to get back into it and design shirts again, one day hopefully have my own little range of shirts and even print them myself. Limited editions and all that jazz. I love unique clothes or small runs of cool shirts that are hard to source. I have a healthy growing collection of fucked up t-shirts in my wardrobe with silly stuff on them. I wantz moar!

SO I am creating an online store of impy designs, kink, geek and sick twisted humor. It’s a work in progress and I am going to do batches of shirts for a limited period of time and then replace them with new stuff. Once the shop is set up and running I’ll be linking it here.

What I want from you people is … What do you want? I won’t link my work site here as I value my privacy but I am happy to speak to people privately. My email is on the sidebar. If you are happy sharing ideas or have an uber cool idea for a slogan or two or a shirt idea you would love to actually own then feel free to comment here.

Some of these discussions I see I just shake my head and think WTF? There’s a convo regarding safewords and why one can’t just use the word no. Lol well for the common sense reasons when and if you have played then you already know what no can mean at times. No, no don’t oh fuck yes. No, yes do it again. No is a word that comes up a lot in scening, no stop, no more, no no no oh god yes, no please no, but none of these normally mean NO STOP … or do they? How would you know? Wouldn’t it be easier to have an obscure word so when it was uttered it was damn clear there was a major problem? Check in during the scene with each other, communication goes a long way.

But what really got me was simply who gives a shit if someone has a safeword? Seriously what business is it off yours if another couple have one to use. It’s their choice, their business. What fucking right does someone else have to judge whether or not it’s right or wrong. For fucks sake how damn pathetic.

So many things like this fuck me off. Judgemental preconcieved ideas that if you don’t do this or that then you are not right. You’re doing it WRONG. In who views exactly? Is someone’s ego so self absorbed that they couldn’t for a moment understand why someone else would think and act differently than them?

Personally I have my own reasons for and against the use of safewords, but they are my own personal views and something that is only discussed with the person I am playing with. It’s no one else’s business. At the end of the day it’s an individual choice between consenting adults whether or not to use one and what that safeword would be. Whether or not that word is no or something else you are both comfortable with. And whether or not that safeword continues to stay or if later down the track when a relationship deepens, the need for one may not be an issue. So it comes down to who you are, who you are playing with and what you are doing and whether or not no is good enough a word or another is desired.

It’s an individual choice, and an individual decision to use one or not.

Everyday I see this bullshit being discussed. Argued about and people belittled for their choices.

So what if they do something different than you do. If it works for them then why does it have to be the wrong way?

Meh. So fucking stupid.
